Sleigh Bells Ringing...

The holidays are going strong in our house.  The pre-schooler is doing great!  She's doing a LOT better.  Not saying she's angelic or anything, but definitely more of a pleasure to be with.  We're busy w/the YMCA, pre-schol, and *gasp* we got a letter from early intervention about kindergarten next year.  How did that happen?  Yes, she's come a long way but she's still not always making the right (or in early intervention world, green light choice).

There has been some discussion about foster adoption of a 3 or 4 year old because we don't want to upset the birth order, and we don't want to do the baby thing again.  So we're mulling and I shall wait and see.  I don't think I'll be comfortable until I have my next MRI (March) and I see that this new MS med I'm on is reducing my brain lesions.  During the drug trial period is showed a 75% reduction so I shall see.  The drug does leave me feeling good physically.

I joined Cur.ves and the people are SO nice and it is SO low key.  There is no pressure, and it is not very time consuming which is awesome since I don't have that much time.  It is also covered by my insurance so I pay a very small monthly fee.

There is discussion about my MIL moving in w/us which I'm fine with as long as she has her own apartment.  She is a woman who needs her own space especially in the kitchen since she's diabetic and has so many food needs.  She also has many habits, for example she only uses Tide laundry detergent which I'm allergic to so she has to be able to run her own life.  She also has strange ideas about not leaving the dishwasher on if she's not there or the dryer.  She has a weird thing about knowing how far away everything is too when we drive somewhere. No I don't know how many miles the home depot is. All I know is that is takes 10 minutes.
