Today the SWW and my parents went to I.kea to get a storage unit for the play room. They had this fantastic step chest w/pull out plastic trays you could purchase in different colors and sizes. You could buy two and make a cool climbing structure for your child. I debated. It was an AWESOME organizational unit. Inexpensive and useful. Also cute! And fun. Except, the SWW is so, um, energetic i.e. hyper my life would be hell because she would be running like a maniac up/down and jumping off. It made me sad because like so many other events and items that are pretty nifty, cool, and fun, would be great for your average child would not be a smart choice for me if I wanted to keep my sanity and patience in tact.
On a positive note: DAY 5 of sleeping in her own bed! I'm working my a## off to make it happen, but it is.
