Whew!

It's been a busy busy weekend!  My husband and I started the creation of a raised bed that is going to be an herb garden for us.  I am very excited about it!  I did the MS Walk today.  I raised 700 thank you.  The SWW stayed home w/my husband and I walked w/two friends.

My husband put together the SWW's new toy holders from my favorite Ikea.  So now her big girl play room is almost done.  My parents who are fantastic (just wish my husband thought so) bought her a table and chairs so we can play games, she can do play dough, art stuff, trains, etc.  They also bought her a small trampoline for the room :-).  It's coming together nicely.

One of the mothers in the MOMS club forwarded the name of a mom in her pre-school who has FIVE kids.  She is a school bus driver and was looking for extra income during the summer by babysitting.  I called her today, and we are meeting tomorrow.  I explained that I was looking for someone 3 days a week, that the SWW is in camp until 12 for 8 weeks.  I just said she was not your typical kid, very energetic.  She said her oldest is bi-polar so she understood the a-typical.  I didn't go into me having MS, her being adopted, and us not being at all alike in temperment.  We're meeting tomorrow morning at our house.
