Taking a BRIEF moment! You think that being a stay at home mom means you have so much time to do so much, but what it really means is that you are the one who does errands and gets household supplies all the time.
Ok, the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia gave the SWW a diagnosis of ODD, but did not throw out the possibility of ADHD. Just said that she's so young, 5, and the only treatment would be behavioral therapy which she is already getting. They told us we are doing everything right, the behavioral therapy, the social skills groups, rewards, etc.
We learned to day that my husband got through the first gate at the branch where he works for the promotion. Now, the question is they only do 10% of the applicants that are at his level so when they bring in all the only company branches will he still be in the 10% range. If he is he moves to he next level. I have really been angling for him to leave the company since they have NOT promoted him to the next level even though he has received exceeds expectations on his reviews and now his salary is growing dangerously close to the limit for his current level. So, we sit back and wait. If he gets further and he does get past this first gate it will be very prestigious for him. He doesn't want to leave the company because it's one of the best and largest in his field and we would not get the same health care, 401k, and salary at a smaller company.
