It would seem that the review committee at my husbands work place did not send out the information of the date they were supposed to. My husband DID fall into the 10% that is going to the next level!

The co-worker who was referred to as a slam dunk did not progress. We were shocked as he is a ph.d., had patents, published papers and such.
